Phase One

Find your homestead

We're starting with a small number of Pinnacle homesteads — a showcase of what's possible, not a subdivision. Each is a five-acre minimum, with most homes built by custom builders on some of the most beautiful sites on the ranch.

You may own five acres, but with trails along your land and easements throughout the ranch, you'll feel like you live on thousands. Explore the map below — the seven Pinnacle lots are outlined in gold.

Per-lot details — final acreage, character, and photography — are being finalized. Everything shown is pre-launch; the homestead lots are not currently for sale. Reach out and we'll keep you posted as homesteads become available.
